Shane Jacob

4 county jails, 2 state prisons, multiple failed marriages, addictions, failed businesses, and grateful for the opportunity to have experienced it all.
I have been in Las Vegas since 1992, working with horses mostly as a horse shoer and running my small feed company and a few other small businesses I started.
These days, my main focus is speaking to companies about how to develop people who require less and contribute more.
 It’s been a wild ride I wouldn't trade.
